5 songs you didn’t know Bebe Rexha had anything to do with

Bebe Rexha is perhaps one of the most underrated names in pop music today. The 29-year-old star has had a prolific career as a songwriter and musician. She has written and featured on many hits with the likes of Nicki Minaj, Martin Garrix, G-Eazy, Selena Gomez, and Rihanna.
With one studio album under her belt, Bebe Rexha has found success. But aside from the work explicitly under her name, here are five songs you may not know she had anything to do with:
“The Monster“- Eminem ft. Rihanna
This 2013 massive collaboration was originally written by Bebe Rexha, intended to be used on her own album. It was later repurposed as a song for Eminem and Rihanna. Rexha later toured with Eminem to sing it.
“Like A Champion“- Selena Gomez
This dancehall-like track was on Selena’s debut album, which released in 2013. The song drew a comparison to Rihanna and was one of the album’s most solid numbers.
“Team” – Iggy Azalea
Bebe Rexha flexes her hip-hop muscles writing this track with Iggy Azalea. She successfully carves out a place for herself as an accomplished songwriter who can work on any genre with this song.
“Under You“- Nick Jonas
This song off of Jonas’ 2016 album Last Year Was Complicated had serious songwriting firepower behind it. In addition to Bebe lending her talents to the JoBro, Max Martin (the guy responsible for Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, and Backstreet Boys chart-toppers) was called in as well.
“All Hands on Deck“- Tinashe
Tinashe’s All Hands on Deck is incredibly catchy and delivers one of her best vocal performances on the album Aquarius. The song was later remixed and featured a verse from Iggy Azalea, but the original (you should be able to guess by now) was written in part by Bebe Rexha.
Bebe Rexha is one of the most prolific career musicians in the world of pop today. So much of her other work just flies under the radar that fans of her, and fans of songs she has written don’t even know that she had anything to do with it. But she has a world of music beyond just “I Got You” and songs released under her name. Here’s to you, Bebe!
